Know before you book
- Lap children 3 and younger are complimentary, provided they sit on a parent's lap.
- Recommended time for this activity is 5 to 8 hours, including transportation time.
- Wheelchairs, strollers, and lockers are available for rent.
- Roundtrip or One Way transportation from select Waikiki hotels. You will arrange your exact shuttle pickup time directly with the local tour operator after booking.
- Pickup is either between 9:00 AM–9:30 AM or 10:00 AM–10:30 AM depending on departure selected. You will arrange your exact tour departure time directly with the local tour operator after booking.
- If your hotel is not in Waikiki, you will be responsible to arrange transportation to a central pickup point in Waikiki for the start of your tour.
- For roundtrip bookings, upon arrival to Waikele Premium Outlets, please select your departure time from the outlet mall (2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:30 PM) at the Roberts Hawaii kiosk.
- Due to limited availability, please notify the tour operator at least 48 hrs in advance if you will be traveling with a wheelchair. For electric wheelchairs or scooters, the combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs, the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 in.
- Roberts Hawaii will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.
