At 8:00 PM, begin the tour as you board the vessel from the Museo Navale in Venice. Enjoy a welcome aperitif, as you set sail from the port. After the welcome drink, indulge in a buffet dinner whilst sailing towards Murano, Burano, and Torcello.

Your carnival buffet will comprise of an aperitif of spritz veneziano, as you enjoy puff pastry snack and pizza bites, assorted savoury pies, octopus salad, fried olives “all’ascolana” (filled with meat sauce), chickpea hummus with vegetable sticks, lasagna with meat sauce and artichoke risotto. Next, tuck into a selection of sliced salami and cheese, as well as meatballs, herbs omelette filled with ricotta and stewed small cuttlefish delicacies venetian style. Later on, enjoy dessert which will include seasonal fresh fruit, typical Venetian biscuits “Buranelli”, carnival sweets, and Illy coffee.

After dinner, head towards Venice, captured by the elegant magic of the most ancient Carnival of the world. At the conclusion of your tour, disembark back at the Museo Navale in Venice.
