What you can expect

Visit a family-run winery in the heart of Valpolicella Classica. After a short walkamong the vineyards, discover the history of the winery through its four generations and learn about the production methods of the wonderful Valpolicella wines.
Discover all the stages and places of production, from harvesting to drying, from aging to bottling.
Enjoy a tasting of 5 old vintages of Amarone, including the precious Amarone Riserva 2011, and learn about the difference between two different production lines: traditional Amarone and Amarone selezione.
Accompany the wines with a sampling of homemade salami, local cheeses such as Monte Veronese, and breadsticks and fresh bread.
