What you can expect

You'll have a unique experience: you'll discover the ingredients of real Apulian cuisine and the secrets of cooking in a typical wood-fired oven. Every step is a journey through flavor and tradition. The 5-hour Apulian cooking class lets you immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of the region. During the course, you'll prepare and taste typical dishes, with vegetarian options available on request. Dinner will preferably be outdoors, in the vineyard, and accompanied by a selection of 5 wines, including whites, rosés, and reds from our farm.
