Our cook will take guests on a journey to discover the art of homemade pasta. You'll try your hand at preparing traditional Tortelli Maremmani, and then enjoy them during a real lunch, pairing them with the wines of Val delle Rose and a tasting of Morellino di Scansano DOCG.
Before lunch, we'll serve an aperitif in the estate garden, where you'll get a brief introduction to the history of Val delle Rose and its wines.
The experience will end with a guided tour of the winery.
