What you can expect

  • We will put on aprons and start our cooking.

We will start your fresh pasta cooking lesson. You will learn how to knead, mix, and shape the dough, what to look for, and what mistakes to avoid. You will each get your hands into the pasta and make your own.
We will leave the pasta to rest while we prepare a seasonal sauce. This will be basil, pesto, or fresh cherry tomatoes in summer, and mushrooms or sage butter in autumn.
You will eat your pasta and sauce with a handpicked local wine and dessert.

You will enjoy a homemade local dessert and perfect espresso or leaf tea to finish
