Join Trailhead Thailand for an easy an enjoyable bike ride around Chiang Mai at dusk and see the golden spires of the many temples sparkle in the dusk light. Learn a little about the history of the old town as you cycle through quiet alleys and rarely used backroads before reaching a local night market where you can sample some delicious treats and delicacies, all inclusive in the package price. After the visit to the local market you will make your way back, passing some historical sights along the way before ending the city cycling tour at the Trailhead shop. The total tour duration of the twilight Chiang Mai city cycling tour is between 2-2.5 hours depending on group size and time spent at each point, the tour can also be customized depending on preferences of each group. This is an easy cycling tour requiring minimal effort. As the tour takes place at dusk the temperature is several degrees cooler than during the day and a perfect trip for families with young children (aged 12+). The lighting is also great for photography and is an ideal time for exploring the streets of Chiang Mai. The tour is perfect for foodies and we’ll take plenty of time to stop and nibble on snacks and treats with dinner in a local market.

Itinerary:

• 16.00pm Arrive at Trailhead shop and enjoy a welcome drink
• 16.30pm Shop departure
• 17.00pm Cycle and walk around Mae Kha canal and enjoy some local treats
• 18.00pm Ride around riverfront before more evening snacks and drinks
• 19:00pm Program wrap-up and return to Trailhead shop
• Pick up is not included for our city tours. Please arrive at the Trailhead shop at 4pm, tour departs approx 4.30pm
