The Historic Strand District in Galveston has seen a horrifying number of sudden deaths. And an ungodly number of the island's dearly departed, whom, well never departed. Their spirits are lurking in the shadows, alleys, staircases and stalk The Strand every day! And they’re just dying to meet you.

Join us on our ninety minute walking tour as we explore the gory, spooky and fascinating history of the 19th century historic buildings that encompass 26 square blocks of paranormal happenings.

Galveston has more than any other city in America. Hurricanes, war, fire, and epidemics of diseases! The notorious pirate Jean Lafitte even turned the island into a den of thieves.

We'll visit The Galveston Railroad Museum, The Tremont House, The Grand 1894 Opera House, The Sealy Hutchins Building, and the home of infamous pirate, Jean Lafitte.

Walking in the night into the history of the translucent figures that will float by the windows that bore witness to tragedy after tragedy. Shadows will suddenly appear and objects move of their own accord as we huddle closer to one another for are mutual protection. We never know what’s waiting for us around the corners. Beware and be scared! After all, Galveston is nothing but “a cemetery with a beach attached.”
