韓国のアルコールは、エタノールを人工甘味料で薄めた焼酎のグリーンボトルだけではありません。韓国のお酒は大きく分けて、タクジュ（無濾過・マッコリ）、チョンジュ（濾過）、ソジュ（蒸留酒）に分けられます。ここでは、当店自慢の焼酎を中心に、他の種類も試飲します。

三合焼酎は朝鮮王朝(1392~1894)の貴族の間で愛飲され、カルト的な人気を誇った高級焼酎です。現マスターのキム・ヒョンジョンは、レシピを受け継いだキム・テクサンのもとで10年以上修行を積んできました。歴史を味わう特権があります。
