In the southernmost part of Istria, in the village of Šišan, a small organic producer crafts wines that are a pure reflection of land, intuition, and architectural vision.
This tasting takes place inside a striking modernist wine station — defined by clean lines, concrete, and glass. From the outside it appears minimal and understated, yet inside the space reveals its character: the design tasting room is lowered into the structure, allowing you to overlook the barrel cellar while enjoying your wines. The setting creates a quiet dialogue between wine, space, and atmosphere — refined yet relaxed, contemporary yet deeply rooted in tradition.
Surrounding the wine station are 12 hectares of vineyards planted on Istria’s iconic red soil, rich in minerals and saturated with limestone. This distinctive terroir shapes wines of structure, freshness, and authenticity. The vineyards are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, preserving the natural balance of the land and allowing each vintage to express its true identity.
