- If bad weather is expected, you can reschedule your tour for free — just be sure to contact customer support in advance.

- Meals are pre-ordered and delivered to the picnic location.
- Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions (e.g. vegan, halal, vegetarian, kosher, gluten-free).
- Custom meals can be arranged upon request for private tours. Please contact us in advance to discuss dietary requirements.
[Seasonal Notice]
- Starting in October, evenings by the Han River can get chilly. We provide blankets and hand warmers, but we strongly recommend wearing warm clothing to stay comfortable.
