Two hours of pure connection to the ocean, including all necessary equipment, plus comfortable facilities: showers, bathrooms and lockers safe for your belongings. We start with 25 minutes of theory and practice on the ground, where you will learn the essentials: how to stand up, paddle, warm up and stay safe. Then, we walk together to the beach – just 10 minutes from our school – to experience your first wave. Constant supervision and close support – I will be with you at every step, guiding you with patience and energy so that you feel the magic of sliding on water. We finish with stretches to take care of your body and let the experience settle in your memory.
