Overview

  • Set sail across Moreton Bay on a spacious catamaran for a 4-hour journey into the world of sustainable aquaculture. This isn't just a tasting; it’s an immersive visit to a working oyster farm where you’ll see firsthand how these delicacies are cultivated in the pristine waters of the bay.

    Experience Highlights:

Farm-to-Plate: Learn the secrets of oyster farming from expert guides.

Hands-on Shucking: Master the art of shucking your own oysters like a pro.

Fresh Tasting: Savour half a dozen (6) incredibly fresh oysters per person, pulled straight from the sea.

Scenic Sailing: Relax on the deck of our sailing catamaran and soak in the coastal views.

Gourmet Lunch: Enjoy a delicious spread of fresh wraps, crunchy baguettes and tasty prawns.

Whether you're a seafood connoisseur or a curious traveler, this tour offers a unique “behind-the-scenes” look at Moreton Bay’s famous oyster industry. A fully licensed bar is available onboard to pair your fresh catch with a cold beverage.
