An experience dedicated to lovers of great Piedmontese wines, at a family-run winery with a long winemaking tradition.
The guided visit begins among the vineyards of Roero, where winemaker Riccardo explains the connection between the soil, the vines and the quality of the grapes.
The tour then continues in the winery to learn more about the winemaking and aging processes, with a particular focus on the production and evolution of structured red wines.
The guided tasting includes 4 wines from Langhe, including Barolo DOCG, with explanations of their aromas, structure and evolution over time:
- Roero Arneis D.O.C.G.
- Langhe D.O.C. (Barbera or Dolcetto)
- Langhe D.O.C. Nebbiolo
- Barolo D.O.C.G.
All accompanied by typical Piedmontese cold cuts and cheeses.
The experience is led directly by the family: Riccardo guides the technical part of the visit, while Alessandra oversees the tasting, creating an opportunity for discussion and in-depth exploration.
An experience designed for those who want to learn more about the great Piedmontese wines, with a focus on Barolo.
At the end of the experience, you can purchase the wines you have tasted directly from the winery, including the great reds of the Langhe, an authentic expression of the region.
On weekends, the experience can be booked for groups of 2 to 10 people.
On weekdays, the number of participants varies from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 25, while always maintaining a welcoming and attentive atmosphere.
