Know Before You Book

  • Downtown buses depart every 30 - 60 minutes and the Loop lasts approximately 90 Minutes.
  • Uptown tour will be 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm and the Loop lasts approximately 90 Minutes.
  • If you have selected Deluxe or Premium Ticket: Cruise hours of operation are 10 AM–4 PM in the summer. The cruise departs from Pier 83 on 42nd and 12th Ave, with departures scheduled every hour (seasonal). You should arrive at the pier 30 minutes before your desired departure time.
  • Hours of operation for bus routes and cruises vary; please check before you go.
