Overview

  • Step into the heart of Irpinia, a hidden gem of Southern Italy where rolling hills, vineyards, and ancient villages tell stories of passion and flavor.

In this unforgettable experience, you’ll be welcomed into a cozy countryside farmhouse, surrounded by the scent of fresh herbs and the warmth of Italian hospitality. With the help of a local chef, you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of making fresh ravioli by hand. Then, you’ll discover how to prepare the perfect tiramisù, layering sweetness and tradition in every bite.

After your cooking class, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve created, paired with a guided tasting of Irpinia’s finest wines — elegant whites like Fiano di Avellino and Greco di Tufo, and the red Taurasi.
