Brilliant Tokyo Tour. Very similar to identical ones in NY or other parts of the world. Services are very on time, not crowded at all, staff very friendly, polite and helpful. We started at 9 30 , did all three loops, and finished before 5 pm. Hopping off the at Tokyo Tower, visited the area for one hour and even did a lot of transportation bookings in between the time gap of three loops. I definitely recommend this tour to any one new to Tokyo.

The agent who helped doesn't not even know what to do with my voucher. Time scheduling is very inconvenient for customers to transfer different bus routes. I had to wait over half an hour just to start my trip.

A great and very relaxing way to see Tokyo. Informative pre-recorded commentary and very polite and helpful staff. We did two of the three routes (blue and purple) allowing about two hours for each with enough time between for a cup of coffee. It's not really a hop on/hop off (as there aren't too many buses throughout the day) but more a sightseeing tour. Suggest booking ahead and maybe heading out on the morning trips before the crowds build up around town. The office and departure point are easy to find almost just across the road from Tokyo Station - you'll see all the red open top buses out the front as well! Very good value.
