The tour was lovely. Very knowledgeable driver. It was unclear that the tour only covered the downtown area. A little expensive for just downtown, but very informative.

This trip was booked as hop on/hop off. There was only one bus and no way to get off since we would have been stranded. False advertising

First I have to say that the driver and the bus tour person were really good. But the bus itself was terrible. Old bus with broken door. It was such a cold windy day but they couldn’t close the door so we froze. We couldn’t stay on top deck because of the weather so we went downstairs. Seats were wet from the rain and the bus was so cold because they couldn’t close the doors. Being downstairs we did not see anything and we were just trying to keep each other warm. They should provide a better bus in a days like that. It was my worst experience on hop on busses. I do not recommend it. Our time and money is wasted. I trust Expedia when I book something with them but not this time
