You'll taste three coffees side by side — washed, honey, and natural process — understanding how each method transforms the same bean into a completely different sensory experience.
Your host, a 4th-generation producer and member of the Denominación de Origen Acatenango, shares the story behind every cup: the farm, the harvest, the people. No coffee expertise needed — just curiosity.
