Note: From Jan 1–3, 2026, due to traffic restrictions, the visit will change to Umi Jigoku (entrance fee not included).

Stop 2: Yufuin – The Artistic Slow-Life Paradise

The highlight of Beppu! The “hells” are natural hot springs of vivid colors and shapes—blue, red, boiling, and steaming. Kamado Jigoku gathers them all in one place, creating a fantasy world of bubbling pools and rising steam.
