Get your hands dirty and create something completely your own, during a relaxed pottery workshop in Athens! In this beginner-friendly experience, you'll turn a simple piece of clay into your own handmade ceramic mug. No pottery experience neede - I'll guide you step by step through the entire process, from shaping your mug to painting and personalising it. You'll learn the basics of slab-building technique and have pleny of freedom to experiment with shapes, textures, stamps, and decoration. It's not about the making the perfect mug - wonky handles and slightly questionable shapes are very welcome here! The workshop takes place in my independent art studio in Athens, in a small relaxed setting. *Please note that ceramics need about 3–4 weeks for drying, firing, and glazing. After that, your finished mug will be ready for pickup or shipped to you for an additional fee (shipping costs vary per country). ** Finished mugs must be collected within 2 months of final firing/notification or it may be removed due to limited studio space.
