The fresh pasta course will take you through the preparation of three traditional pasta shapes– a filled pasta and two types of egg pasta. After, the pasta prepared during the course will be cooked and served, enhanced by traditional sauces. The lunch or dinner will be served with excellent Diacceroni Family wine.
During the course, which takes place in Italian or in English (depending on your needs), you can participate in the preparation of the Pasta and interact with our Italian chefs, who will tell you anecdotes and curiosities related to traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed at your station, where you will find your apron and all the ingredients for the preparation of the dish. In the cheerful and festive atmosphere of the typical Tuscan family, you will discover the secrets of the traditional recipes of our grandmothers.
Children under 6 are welcome to join for free. They won’t have their own cooking station, but they can enjoy the experience by helping their parents and sharing the fun moments together.
