While menus vary depending on season and availability, highlights often include tender beef sautéed with berbere spices, colourful beyaynetu platters served over tangy injera, and kitfo, finely minced beef seasoned with warming mitmita, paired with fresh cottage cheese and sautéed greens. You may also try comforting duba quanta and tihilo, roasted barley dough dipped into rich lamb stew.
