Whatever: Ramses exclusive to Marco Antonio´s tacos with Michelin recognition, Ensenada taco fish or shrimp in Fenix another one with Michelin recognition, cochinita pibil from Yucatan, carnitas from Michoacan… they can all be on the menu. Last but not least, try a specialty coffee or a genuine cup of chocolate, a great espresso, or a better-than-Seattle flat white or tejuino which is a very refreshing chocolate and fermented corn drink or a glass of wine at the oldest winery in Baja.
