Once you contact the activity provider, receive a menu so you can choose your favorite Sri Lankan dishes. Select one main option such as traditional rice (kahabath or kiribath) or fried rice.

Along with that, choose 4 authentic curries from a variety including pineapple curry, brinjal moju, dhal curry, pumpkin curry, beetroot curry, coconut sambol, potato curry, kankun leaves, young jackfruit (polos) curry, papadam, and banana blossom curry.

Select one item from kottu, pol rotti, or paratha to complete your meal. For dessert, enjoy either pancakes or chocolate roti.

During the class, cook your selected dishes yourself with guidance, while enjoying a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with the family. It’s a unique opportunity to experience real Sri Lankan home cooking and culture.

At the end of the class, receive all the recipes of the dishes you prepared, so you can recreate these delicious Sri Lankan flavors at home. Experience the joy of cooking, sharing, and tasting authentic Sri Lankan cuisine together.
