Pick up instruction for cruise ship passengers:
Please note that all departure times are based on the local time in port. Contact us for pick up. The tour departs from the ship pier 1 hour before the start time of your tour, this depends on your booking time.
Additional fee applies for pickup service: $20 per person. Please contact us for the pickup service.
Proceed past the security gate where the buses leave the terminal in front of the Security office, at the Megapier this is at gate 2-3. Here our representative will look for you. We ask all guests to please plan to be at the designated departure location at least ten minutes before departure time. We are located at the Caracasbay.
