What you can expect

The experience includes the visit of the winery with the explanation of the company’s history and the main techniques of winemaking.
Then we'll make a wine tasting where you can taste 4 of our best organic wines. Then you can start the creation of your unique blend. We will guide you in the analysis of the characteristics of different wines, so that you are able to choose freely which ones to include in your blend. The necessary instruments and guidance will be supplied to allow you to create and taste your own blend.
A Sicilian aperitifs with some bruschettas, cheese and salami will be offered to pairing the food with your wines.
And then you'll be able to bottling, capping, and labeling of a bottle with the blend of wine created!
