What makes Mela’s Kitchen special is its genuine, convivial atmosphere. This isn’t just a cooking class, but a chance to slow down, cook together and experience the warmth of an Italian kitchen.

Manuela welcomes every guest with her natural energy, humour and passion for food, making everyone feel at home from the very beginning. The recipes are simple, authentic and prepared with carefully selected, genuine ingredients that celebrate the flavours of Umbria and Italian tradition.

More than learning a recipe, it’s about sharing stories, laughter, good food and time around the table just as we do in Italy.
