I accept only small groups; you will work in my home, using my tools and space, and get an insider’s look at a traditional Italian household. Activity itinerary

This is not a restaurant. This is not a cooking school or an B&B. You will welcomed into a real ancient house with a breathtaking view from the top over the hills, woods and roofs where we'll work together. I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta : fettuccine andravioli with spinch and ricotta filling.; we'll cook them in 2 different sauces : tomatoes with garlic chili and basil for spaghetti and butter and sage for ravioli; we cook and eat the pasta in the ancient kitchen downstairs, all served with a glass of white or red wine. At the end a dessert. Kneading, cooking and eating in a very family atmosphere.
