Know before you book

  • Both routes depart from Zabeel Area Parking Bus Stop - Dubai Mall (although you can start the tour at any stop) - first tour departure is 9am and last tour departure is 5pm on both routes. Duration - Red Route: 80 minutes, Blue Route: 130 minutes. Frequency - every 40 minutes for both routes
  • Sunset & Night Tour: Please note this is not a hop-on hop-off route and last 2 hours approx. Pick-Up Times: Stop 1 at 6pm, Stop 2 at 6:45pm, Stop 3 at 7pm, Stop 4 at 7:05pm, Stop 5 at 7:05pm, Stop 6 at 7:20pm, Stop 7 at 7:30pm
  • Cruise connector route only operates on cruise arrival days and will drop off/pick-up at Dubai Mall. Operational times vary depending on cruise ship dis-embarkation times, check locally for latest information.
  • Mobile and paper vouchers are accepted for this tour and are redeemable at any stop along the route. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the travel date selected at check-out
  • Al Seef Dhow Cruise runs daily and hourly from 10am - 3pm. Location: Al Seef Heritage Area (Dhow Cruise) - Stop 4 Red Route
  • The Dubai Frame (included in the 2 and 3-day tickets): Open daily from 9am - 9pm. Located at Atlantis The Palm - Stop 13 on the Red Route
  • The Al Seef Dhow Cruise and The Dubai Frame must be used within 1 week from the date you redeem your voucher at Dubai Mall - Zabeel Bus Parking
  • Due to the Lost Chambers Aquarium being closed for approximately 3 months, from Sunday 3rd August, the ticket will include admission to the Dubai Frame instead

With access to 2 main routes and 23 stops, you'll be sure to see every aspect of Dubai on your sightseeing journey. Enjoy stunning 360-degree views from the open-top deck, and hear fascinating historical insights thanks to the on-board audio tour commentary.

The 1-day ticket allows you to experience Al Seef Dhow Cruise, whilst the 2 and 3-day tickets allow you access to Al Seef Dhow Cruise as well as The Dubai Frame. All tickets include a Sunset and Night Tour (not a hop-on hop-off tour).
