Overview

This 3-day tour will take you through the most captivating landscapes of Salta and Jujuy. You will start in the Quebrada de Humahuaca, visiting Purmamarca and its Cerro de los Siete Colores. In Tilcara you can visit the Pucará (entrance not included), and then visit the spectacular Cerro Hornocal, or “Cerro de los 14 Colores”, with its vibrant nuances. On the second day you will tour Cafayate, famous for its wines and the incredible rock formations of the Quebrada de las Conchas, such as the Amphitheater and the Castle. On the last day, you will discover the beauty of Cachi and Los Cardones National Park, where huge cacti dominate a unique landscape. An experience that unites nature, culture and tradition.
IMPORTANT : If you visit Hornocal, take vianda, as you will not have two hours free for lunch in Humahuaca.

Erosion in the region has formed a succession of natural wonders such as the Devil's Throat, a deep and closed canyon. The Amphitheater (with perfect natural acoustics). The Toad, The Friar, The Obelisk, The Castles. Gradually, the aridity of the landscape is replaced by large tracts of vineyards until you reach one of the most outstanding regions within the Calchaquíes Valleys: Cafayate, a village of single-storey houses between colonial and baroque of the late 19th century. Quebrada de las Conchas : More than 10 stops in multicolored formations caused by the erosion of wind and water such as the Devil's Throat, The Amphitheater, La Yesera, Las Ventanas, Los Castillos, etc.

We arrive at noon in the colonial town of Cachi and we will have 2 hours free to have lunch and tour this unique town in northern Argentina. Its cobblestone streets with their adobe houses and cobblestones allow us to witness a place abandoned in time, which maintains its primary essence. In these 2 free hours you can walk these 10 blocks by 10 blocks that the town offers and taste its local gastronomic variety. Then we meet again with the guide to start the return to Salta.
