1876年以来、地中海の麦芽、米、ホップを使用した地ビール製造の全工程を、大麦と米の畑からモルトハウス、そして醸造所まで、ダムを代表する醸造家が担当しています。
エル・プラット・デ・リョブレガットにある醸造所を訪れれば、醸造の全過程、特にエストレラ・ダムを特別なビールにしている点、例えば100％天然素材を使っている点などについて、すべてを学ぶことができます。醸造所、発酵タンク、ラガーリング・タンク、瓶詰め工場を見学します。
ツアーの最後には、地中海の味を楽しむ機会として、エストレヤをはじめとするエストレヤ・ファミリーのビールを試飲します。
