Please wait at the requested pick-up location 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time
While we do our best to ensure you arrive at your pick-up or drop-off location on time, delays can be expected due to high volumes of traffic. Please ensure you account for extra travel time to get to your destination on time.

Luggage Policy:
One checked bag and one carry-on bag are free. A $10 fee applies to each additional bag (pay the driver onsite). If you have ski bags or bike boxes (oversized luggage), please inform us while booking, we will use a bigger size vehicle to accommodate you and your luggage.

Cancellation:
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. The service requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Late or No Show:
Late arrivals and no-shows will not be refunded.
