In this group cooking class, we will work at our custom-made grill (or parrilla) and guide you step by step in preparing your asado, just like the Argentines do. Learn how to build a fire, select different cuts of meat, cook typical sides, and taste amazing wines.

With the help of our chef, you'll also learn how to make the famous Creole Sauce (Salsa Criolla) and Chimichurri. Discover the cooking techniques for different cuts of beef and pork, and how to grill sausages and provoleta to perfection.

To conclude our culinary journey, indulge in a pancake with dulce de leche and peaches with cream, two great Argentine desserts. Enjoy a selection of wines throughout dinner, including a white and a red wine.
