we meet at the Kelowna Fruit Stand, 15 minutes before the start time. There we gear up & have a safety briefing. You will have a quick chat with your guide to discuss the tour progression, equipment and safety. Canyon access: You will follow your guide on a 25 min drive to the canyon. (You will need your own transportation) Hike up: To the upper entrance of the canyon (10-15 minutes). Canyon descent: We spend between 2.5-4 hours inside the canyon, depending on the size and ability of the group. Hike back: 20-30 minutes up-hill This activity is 5-7 hours long Closed toe shoes (light hiking or running shoes that can get wet) are mandatory and not provided for this activity
