Our cook will take guests on a journey to discover the art of homemade pasta. They will try their hand at preparing traditional Tortelli Maremmani, and then enjoy them during a real lunch, pairing them with Val delle Rose wines and a food tasting of Morellino di Scansano DOCG.
Before lunch starts, an aperitif will be served in the estate's garden, where a brief introduction to the history of Val delle Rose and its wines will be given.
The experience will end with a guided visit of the winery.
