What you can expect

Try your hand at pie making in this experience led by Erin (Ειρηνη), where you’ll learn to make Greek Phyllo dough completely from scratch!

You’ll start off with some lovely sweet treats to welcome you, all handmade by Eirini, before moving on to making your own Greek pies. After tasting your creations, you will enjoy fresh, local fruit paired with delicious, traditional Greek desserts. By the end of the class, you’ll be on your way to becoming a pie making expert!
