What you can expect

  • This tour is suitable for those traveling without a car who want to visit the places of typical productions of the territory.

    Meet the driver & tour leader in Bari at 8.00 am. We will reach the cheese farm in about 40 minute.
    The experience includes a visit to the farm, the processing area and the aging area and a tasting of fresh and aged products.

    The structure consists of a real livestock area, a factory for the transformation of milk, an area dedicated to the maturing of cheeses and finally a sales point where you can taste and buy (also with shipping) typical cheeses of Puglia.

    It will also be possible to observe the spinning of cheeses such as burrata and mozzarella. At the end, sweet stop at Museo del Confetto with visit and tasting
