Know before you book
- Children 3 and younger are not permitted in the theater. This performance is recommended for guests 10 and older.
- All persons entering the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
- Best available seating is assigned and cannot be pre-arranged.
- Theater Tickets are non-refundable
- Everyone in the theatre must wear acceptable face coverings at all times, including during the show, except while eating or drinking in designated locations
- Guests may present proof of vaccination or a negative test on paper or a smartphone
- Guests will need to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine in order to attend a show and must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry into the theatre with their valid ticket.
- Any guest whose last vaccine dose (excluding boosters) was fewer than 14 days before the date of performance must additionally present proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72hrs of the performance time, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test within 6hrs of performance time
- Children ages 5 – 11 may enter the theatre only when (1) accompanied by an adult who complies with the theatre’s vaccination entry requirements, and (2) has proof of at least one dose of an FDA or WHO approved vaccine.
