What you can expect

With the help of our chefs, in our beautiful room overlooking the lake, you will make excellent fresh pasta, gnocchi and ravioli. You will learn new techniques that you can easily replicate at home, you will discover our traditions and receive advice on our local cuisine. The course will end with a tasting of the dishes you have created.
Vegetarian and gluten free courses are also available, we ask you to communicate any dietary restrictions in advance.

Activity itinerary

The Trattoria del Glicine restaurant offers the opportunity to attend a fresh pasta making course and learn the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine, using excellent quality, seasonal and zero kilometer raw materials. In addition to preparing pasta, you will also be able to learn how to make different sauces and condiments and at the end of the course you will have acquired the skills necessary to prepare fresh pasta at home. A fun and tasty experience, which will end with a tasting of the dishes you have created. We are waiting for you in the splendid setting of Lake Como!
