Day 1 In the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle, depart from your hotel and head west toward the island of Java. Journey through picturesque terraced rice fields, rustic villages, stunning beaches, and the lush West Bali National Park, which flourishes with exotic flora and fauna.
After taking a ferry across the Bali Strait, you reach the idyllic town of Banyuwangi. Break for a delicious lunch at a local restaurant and ride in a traditional pedicab. Spend time taking in the beautiful natural surroundings before dinner and relaxing in the comfort of your hotel.
Day 2 Join a guided hike into the dense forest toward the edge of Mount Ijen's caldera. Pass natural wonders such as volcanic rocks and valley streams as you make your way to the summit. While here, marvel at the beautiful turquoise sulfuric lake in the crater. Take time to absorb the remarkable sight of Ijen's blue flame before descending back to the base where a vehicle awaits to bring you back to the hotel.
Day 03: Ijen Resort – Plantation - Denpasar
Leaving in the morning to a beautifully located plantation of coffee. This is one of the plantations which established by DUCTH colonial government in this area. Banyuwangi has a concentration of plantation of coffee, cocoa, glove and rubber. All those plantations still run very well and represent the most important resource of the economic sector in the area. The visit covers the coffee plant, the plantation itself and the Social and cultural side of the life of the planters and its labour inhabitants.
Lunch in a restaurant near the port and then cross the strait and back to Bali.
