Day 1: Cabanaconde - San Juan de Chuccho - Sangalle

  • Accommodation: We will sleep overnight at "Cielo Azul Lodge" in Sangalle.
Chivay

This is the main town of the Colca Canyon and the place where we will stop to have lunch.
Condor's Cross

This is the most popular viewpoint in the Canyon. From here you can see the Condors flying.
Cabanaconde
  • 3h
We will start hiking down the canyon from this town. If you are bringing your big luggage, we have a place in this town where you can leave them.
San Juan de Chuccho

This town is in the canyon and we will stop here to eat lunch and have a break.
Oasis Sangalle

After a whole day hiking we will arrive in Sangalle. Here we will enjoy the pool, have dinner and sleep overnight. In this place we will sleep in bungalows. Every participant has a bed so there is no need for an sleeping bag.
Day 2: Sangalle - Cabanaconde - Chivay

We will wake up early to start our hike up until reaching Cabanaconde. During this hike you will be able to enjoy the sunrise.

We will head to these hot springs located close to Chivay next to the Colca river. This is a great place to relax before returning to Arequipa City.
