The hotel was terrible and I requested refund for the remaining days but the hotel management denied my request

A clean room, very comfortable bed.A view of the Pyramids as promised. Staff on hand at all hours,meals other than breakfast can be ordered. All i was short of was an ironing board n iron. You do need to get use to a city the never sleeps.Or wear ear plugs.

Save your money and stay far away from Taj Pyramids View Inn. While the rooftop view of the pyramids is the only thing this place has going for it, the actual condition of the rooms is appalling and genuinely unsafe. • Severe Safety Hazards: We encountered exposed, live electrical wires sticking directly out of the wall—an extreme hazard, especially if you are traveling with children or touching anything near the bedside. Loose screws were scattered on the floor, and the bathroom towel rail was hanging off the wall with loose screws barely holding it together. • Missing Essentials & False Advertising: None of the advertised amenities were provided. We walked into a room with no toilet paper, no drinking water, no coffee or tea station, no towels, and zero bath robes. Asking the staff yielded little to no help. • Dismal Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast described online was dismal, cold, and poorly stocked, leaving us needing to find food elsewhere. A nice view does not excuse a room that feels neglected, unfinished, and hazardous. Do not book here.

We had to stay a night here as our original hotel wouldn't allow an early check in so we found this last minute. For the price you get what you pay for. AC didn't work so we had to keep balcony door open at night. It was walkable to shops and restaurants open late at night so that was good. Area seemed like heavily local and not touristy. The breakfast in the morning was good given the price.
