This experience takes place in a traditional Finnish Kota where you get to see the magic of cooking on the fire, hear stories about harvesting wild food and enjoy the flavours of local nature. Our Wilderness Lunch does not have a fixed menu but presents the chefs vision, making the best out of seasonal ingredients. Our kitchen combines Finnish traditions with handcrafted specialties from around the world. We serve food that takes care of both your body and mind. Feel the benefits of clean food - handpicked wild herbs, berries and mushrooms, home-made fermented products and probiotic wild drinks presented in a carefully crafted three course menu.
