  • 08:30–11:30 AM: Join our cooking class where an experienced instructor will guide you in preparing four traditional Vietnamese dishes: fried spring rolls, papaya salad, pho rolls, and mixed pho, along with a signature egg coffee. Learn the stories behind each dish while practicing essential techniques.
  • 11:30 AM–12:30 PM: Enjoy a lunch made by you, take memorable photos, and receive a certificate to mark your achievement!
