Know before you book
- Your e-voucher is sent by email, no more than 30 days in advance, from Rakuten Travel Experiences.
- The voucher is valid for entry only at the date and time selected when booking.

- Free entrance for children under 5 years old. Children who are 6 years old but have not started primary school will be free of charge as well.
- Children who are 12 years old but still in primary school will be charged of children price. High school students who are over 18 years old will be charged of youth price.
