What you can expect

  • Join this hands-on pasta-making class in Phoenix and learn how to turn simple ingredients into fresh, handmade pasta from scratch.

    Under the guidance of Chef Maricarmen, you’ll start by mastering the basics of fresh pasta dough using flour, eggs, salt and olive oil. Once the dough reaches the perfect consistency, you’ll knead, roll and cut it into beautiful strands ready to be cooked to al dente perfection.

    Depending on the date, you’ll then prepare either a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce or a bright shrimp primavera pasta. Along the way, Chef Maricarmen will share practical tips, simple techniques and plenty of chef insights to help you recreate fresh pasta at home. Book your cooking class today!
