In this hands-on cooking class you’ll prepare a couple of Spanish starters, two or three types of paella (fish, meat and veggie) and you’ll also make your own traditional Burnt Basque Cheesecake from scratch. It’s a full menu, so you won’t need lunch afterwards.
Drinks are included: enjoy 3 glasses of local wine or non-alcoholic options with your meal.
Everything is fully hands-on and limited to a maximum of 12 people, so every participant truly cooks, not just watches.
All ingredients, materials, your apron and the e-recipes are provided.
At the end, you’ll sit down in one of our private dining rooms to enjoy everything you’ve prepared.
