Overview

  • Experience the magic of the ocean at night, after the hustle and bustle of the day ends and stillness falls upon the evening. The calm, dark water is lit up by our underwater lights in beautiful fluorescent blue, green, purple, and red colors. We keep our practice slow and calm, allowing ourselves to move intentionally as we take in the beauty of the city lights and the glowing ocean waters.

Activity itinerary

We will move through a gentle yoga flow on the boards on the water. For this class, most participants don't fall in the water (although you will get a little bit wet). We move slowly through our yoga poses while enjoying the illuminated water beneath our boards, the city lights around us, as well as the stars and the moon above us. A truly magical experience!
