What you can expect

  • Explore Madeira on a 4x4 off-road tour. Visit Cabo Girão, the Laurissilva forest, and the northern vineyards. Enjoy a wine tasting with local tapas.

Leave the city behind and head west toward the breathtaking Cabo Girão, one of the highest sea cliffs in Europe. Continue to the lush valley of Serra d’Água.

Cross the valley and ascend toward the impressive Encumeada Pass, perched at 1,000 meters above sea level. From this vantage point, enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of both the North and South coasts, as well as the stunning valleys of Ribeira Brava and São Vicente.

Descend through UNESCO’s largest laurel forest, the “Laurissilva.” Upon reaching the small village of Lameiros, take an unforgettable off-road adventure in an open-roof Land Rover, exploring Madeira’s hidden trails, rich flora, and unique fauna.

Step off the beaten path and reach the fabulous northern vineyards, where you'll enjoy a unique tasting of various Madeira table wines paired with local tapas, an unforgettable conclusion to this immersive island experience.
